Together with our project partner - the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), we are constantly working on improving our joint outputs and documents to bring you as much relevant and useful information as possible to help you improve the quality of public procurement. However, in order to think together why it is reasonable and effective to use other criteria for evaluating than the lowest price, it is first necessary to know the current situation of public procurement in Slovakia.

That is why, together with the OECD, we have developed a questionnaire regarding the use of MEAT criteria, secondary policies, the preparatory phase and other additional information, which you can download in the section Documentation / Other outputs or click directly on this link and send the completed questionnaire to the e-mail address zodpovednevo@uvo.gov.sk. (questionaire in only in slovak language, because it is aimed mainly on slovak contracting authorities)
