Education within the project is a very important part of it, not only training outside but also inside. We try to ensure that the members of our team are comprehensively prepared for the challenges that this project will bring, and we are happy when the OECD shares with us useful knowledge from their practice.

That is why the members of the project team took part in a training organized by our OECD project partner last week.

The training focused on creating a strategy and on key aspects that are important not to forget when creating it. In their presentation, OECD experts presented us with interesting observations, which resulted from their several years of experience in creating similar documents, and at the same time we worked together to develop inspiring ideas on how to develop a project strategy so that we can achieve the goal of strengthening the principle of "value for money".
