Methodology Basics of MEAT criteria for begginers
One of the objectives of our project, Responsible Public Procurement, which is funded by EEA Grants, is to support the application of the MEAT criteria in the public contracts that have been announced by you, the contracting authorities or contracting entities. However, we know that in order to do so, you need to have a solid foundation, enough information and maybe some motivation that it really works better. We offered it to you last time through an example of good practice and you can read it HERE (only in slovak).
Today, however, we bring you a methodology called Basics of MEAT criteria for begginers. It is a document that is the first and basic methodology that contains the legal definition of criteria for the evaluation, especially MEAT criteria, their advantages and positives of application, or the basic elements that make up the MEAT criteria as a whole. You will find there everything about the basics of choosing subcriteria and setting weights, the benefits of applying MEAT criteria as well as other interesting and useful information, which after reading will turn into your knowledge, which then needs to be gradually applied in practice.
